Company History
Illinois Civil Contractors Inc. (ICCI), formerly the Highway Division of P.J. Hoerr, Inc., spun off and began operations as a separate company in 2006.
Illinois Civil Contractors, Inc. pursues a diverse mix of work, both as a prime contractor on commercial, industrial and public works projects, and as a subcontractor to a host of general contractors for various commercial projects in the area.
